Shipping policy
Welcome to MyBelly.dk! By placing an order, you agree to the following delivery terms and shipping policy.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Goods will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY TIME
Your item will typically be delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Delivery time depends on the delivery country and the chosen carrier.
RECEIPT OF DELIVERY
Goods must be signed for upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed directly with the carrier. It does not necessarily need to be you who signs. Persons at the delivery address, such as family members, friends, or receptionists, can sign on your behalf.
RISK AFTER DELIVERY
Please note that you bear the risk for the item after delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, you should refuse to accept the item. If you wish to complain about defects or issues, please inform us. See more under "Defective Goods and Incorrect Items."
SEPARATE DELIVERIES
If your order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of ordering. You will be informed if your order is split into separate deliveries. No additional delivery charges will be applied for separate deliveries.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping with DAO: We offer international shipping through DAO. For shipping inquiries outside Denmark, please contact us at shop@mybelly.dk before placing your order to discuss shipping options and costs.
Returns:
- Easy and free returns are available for orders within Denmark for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
- For international returns, please contact us at shop@mybelly.dk to initiate the return process. Please note that the cost of return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility.
International Assistance: We are here to assist customers outside Denmark.
