Shipping in Denmark

At MyBelly, all orders within Denmark are shipped with DAO. We strive to dispatch your order quickly and securely, ensuring that you receive your items within just a few business days.

Our standard delivery time is 1–3 business days. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

All orders are shipped from Denmark, meaning there are no customs duties or additional import fees for deliveries within Denmark.

The shipping cost is always clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery with DAO

We work with DAO to ensure reliable and flexible delivery. DAO delivers 365 days a year, typically during the night. This means your parcel will often arrive early in the morning — sometimes even before 7:00 AM.

If you have selected home delivery and are not at home, DAO will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place, such as your mailbox, entrance hall, or by your front door. If DAO determines that it is not safe to leave the parcel unattended, it will instead be delivered to a nearby parcel shop. You will receive a notification with details of where your parcel can be collected.

Exchanges and Returns

We want you to feel confident when shopping with MyBelly.

Free Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, we offer free exchanges within Denmark. We will send the replacement item at no additional shipping cost.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your order for a refund, you can send the item back using our return service for a DKK 49 return shipping fee.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend first checking your tracking information. As DAO often delivers during the night, there may sometimes be a delay before tracking updates are visible.
