Returns & Warranty Claims
At MyBelly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item or experience an issue with a product, you can find more information about your options below.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it.

We will then send you a return shipping label that you can use to send the item back to us.
The return shipping fee is DKK 49, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received and must not have been used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.
Free Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or model, we offer free exchanges.
Simply contact us at shop@mybelly.dk, and we will be happy to help you with the exchange process.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Warranty Claims
When you shop at MyBelly, you are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following remedies, depending on the circumstances:

If the claim is found to be valid, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions
The right of return does not apply to:
- Digital gift cards
- Clearance or discontinued items
