30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to take advantage of our return policy.
Condition of the Item
To use the return policy, the item must be in the same excellent condition as when received. It must not be used or worn, and it should retain its tags and original packaging.
Contact us at shop@mybelly.dk to initiate a return. If approved, we will send you a return label and instructions.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
We understand that things can go wrong. Contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods or incorrect deliveries so we can resolve the issue.

Inspect the item upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of damage or incorrect deliveries.
EXCEPTIONS/ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
We are here to ensure you get exactly what you want. However, some exceptions apply:
- No Returns on Sale Items and Gift Cards Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on sale items or gift cards. The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired product.
REFUND
We will keep you updated on the process and strive to make the refund as smooth as possible.
Refund Procedure
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be approved or denied, and you will be informed.
Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method, but please remember it may take some time.
