Delivery outside the EU
We can ship our products to the end of the world. However, if you are placing an order for delivery outside the EU, please contact us before we dispatch your order at shop@mybelly.dk.
This ensures that we can inform you about shipping options, delivery times, and any potential customs or import fees that may apply in your country.
Delivery within Denmark
At MyBelly, all orders within Denmark are delivered with DAO. We strive to ship your order quickly and securely so you receive your items within just a few business days.
The typical delivery time is 2–5 business days, but during busy periods delivery may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel all the way.
All orders are shipped from Denmark, which means no customs duties or additional import fees apply to deliveries within Denmark.

Orders under 500 DKK:

The shipping cost is always clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery with DAO
We work with DAO to ensure reliable and flexible delivery. DAO delivers 365 days a year, typically during the night. This means your parcel will often be delivered early in the morning — sometimes even before 7:00 AM.
If you have chosen home delivery and are not at home, DAO will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place, such as your mailbox, building entrance, or by your door. If DAO determines that it is not safe to leave the parcel, it will instead be delivered to a nearby parcel shop. You will receive a notification with details on where to collect it.
Exchanges and returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with MyBelly.
Free exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within Denmark. We will send the new item with no additional shipping costs. Simply write to us at shop@mybelly.dk.
Returns and refunds
If you wish to return your order and receive a refund, you can send the item back for 49 DKK in return shipping. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Simply contact us at shop@mybelly.dk.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend first checking your tracking information. DAO often delivers during the night, and updates may take some time to appear.
If your parcel has not arrived or tracking is not updating, please contact DAO directly with your tracking number. They can start an investigation and help locate your parcel. You are also always welcome to contact us, and we will help you further.
