Payment
All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and excluding delivery costs.
MyBelly ApS accepts the following payment methods:

We do not charge any payment fees for your purchase.
Payment for your order will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched from our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Delivery
We deliver goods within Denmark.
Delivery is made via:
- DAO parcel shop
- DAO home delivery
- Collection from MyBelly
The normal delivery time is 1-3 business days.
For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, the item will be shipped on the next business day.
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, you will be informed via email.
Shipping is free for purchases over DKK 500.
Collection from MyBelly is always free.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
A 30-day return policy applies to items purchased from the webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition as when received.
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and function, a reduction in the item's value may occur.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital gift cards
- Outgoing items
Right to Complain
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year right to complain about products is granted.
Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be communicated to MyBelly ApS within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

For approved complaints, MyBelly ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
