Return goods

When you live/are in Denmark, it is free to return goods at MyBelly. You always have a 30-day full right of return from the date you received your goods.

If you need to send an item back, contact us immediately. We will then send you a return label that you can use.

In order for an item to be returned, it must be in the same condition as when you received it – including the packaging you received the item in. MyBelly reserves the right to refuse the return of the purchase if the returned item does not meet these requirements.

A return typically takes 7-10 working days, and you will receive an e-mail with return and refund confirmation when the item is back with us and the order has been processed and completed.

Return from abroad
MyBelly does not immediately pay for freight on goods sent back from addresses outside Denmark. However, it also applies here that you as a customer must return the item within 30 days of receipt, and that the return package must contain both the item and the delivery note that came with the item.

If you have a complaint, you must send it to shop@mybelly.dk

In your email, you are very welcome to write your order number and attach pictures of the item. Then we make sure that the best solution for you is quickly found.
